Okay- let's really test the old dogs. 
Who remembers Mark Jeffers (he played the role of Mike back in the day) getting in trouble with the SEC for mocking the refs by wearing a ref shirt, dark glasses and using a cane to feel in front of him during a game????
That guy was one of the better "Mikes" of all time, IMHO...

I remember him getting in a shoving match with an opposing team after pretending to eavesdrop on their huddle. I believe the SEC suspended him a couple of games.

Absolutely. And is this "wishful remembering" or didn't the band play "Three Blind Mice" to accompany?
