Prenatal vitamins
Calcium
Vitamin C

I'm currently on 8 to 12 Ultras a day and do some curls in the early morning before the baby gets up.

There have been quite a few studies that have shown that vitamins, at best, have no benefit, and at worst are outright harmful.

None. I used to take fish oil, got out of the habit and now it seems it was worthless anyway.
