What do you mean by that?
I don't want to speak for dawg, but I believe he means the high court of LA could say based on strict scrutiny, you don't need a permit to carry a weapon in LA regardless if it's concealed or not

That statement by dawg confused me because I thought it was the individual states who decided the cc laws. I like your take on it.
