They won't ban open carry. But I could see some changes in public places. I have no problem with Leo approaching me and asking me wtf am I doing on a street corner with an ar strapped to my back. I got nothing o hide so I have no problem with the questions.
I don't know all the facts but I'm pretty sure there was no open carry in any of the recent mass shootings.
