So, Saban coaches DBs and he moved Smart back to DBs and brought in a LB coach. This seems more like an indictment of Smart's ability to coach LB than Brown as a DB coach.

How does that reflect poorly on Smart? This would be the exact defensive staff from 2007 and 2008.

Steele couldn't coach Patrick Willis into a decent LB. He's so horrible.
He's a helluva recruiter, though.
