There's a Draper Lake private community that is actually very nice. But, there's only a few houses that have been built in it. The facilities are awesome, tho (I run through it from time to time when running in the area).

It's a Hilton, but not Paris Hilton. The guy has some sort of construction/concrete business and is local.
