I agree. But he better win quick regardless of the discipline angle. The old white billionaire boosters won't be as patient with Charlie as they were with Mack.

He'll find trouble if he doesn't show promise the 1st few years no matter what approach he takes. Now the disciplinarian gives these kids the best chance to succeed on & off the field though. These kids/recruits need a parent like figure around while away from home, and not another friend. They've got plenty of acquaintances telling them how good they are while putting them on a very tall pedestals. I'm not talking about mean discipline, but just solid moral structure with accountabilty will do.
