We have a hunting camp down off lake decade, so anytime we make a trip we clean all our fish at the camp to make life easy. Well I was going through the fishing regulations, and it basically states you can't have any filleted fish on the boat when you come in.
You're asking two different things here, really. ONE, is it legal to clean/fillet them at the camp- to which I'd say yes. TWO, is it legal to clean/fillet them on the boat- to which is obviously not legal.

Not legal to clean them if you have to get in a boat to get them back to the truck

I'm 99% sure that the camp he is speaking of is only accessable by boat. There are dozens of these camps off Lake DeCade.

That's the point of the question. He can't clean his fish at his camp and bring them home without putting them on his boat.
