We have a hunting camp down off lake decade, so anytime we make a trip we clean all our fish at the camp to make life easy. Well I was going through the fishing regulations, and it basically states you can't have any filleted fish on the boat when you come in.

Not legal to clean them if you have to get in a boat to get them back to the truck

I'm 99% sure that the camp he is speaking of is only accessable by boat. There are dozens of these camps off Lake DeCade.
That's the point of the question. He can't clean his fish at his camp and bring them home without putting them on his boat.
