What about any coaching experience?

A player who plays In NFL for 10 years or more, knows more about that position than a college position coach with no nfl coaching experience.
Ex
If the TE position is available at LSU. I would hire retired Tony Gonzalez ( with no coaching ex ) before this Jalluke dude. Even if jalluke coached college TE's for 15 years.

What about Jeff Stoutland? That would be a good hire.

You have no clue son. He is the son of a coach and his dad was a son of a coach. He anchored the offensive line in Atlanta for years. He read the defenses and made the adjustment calls for Matt Ryan for Matt's first years until Matt could learn to call the adjustments himself later. Recruiting is all he would be green at. please..
