In the early games they seemed to play helter skelter with no plan just making individual plays that worked at the time.

And then opponents break down the film, take things away from you and force you to adjust.

That right there was about as thorough an arse kicking as you will see. Growing pains. It sucks, but they'll get better as they get more experience playing together.

I can't believe I wasted 2 hrs watching this. They dont play like a team. I'm very dissappointed.
. Glad I was late ... Just maybe wished now I wouldn't have seen any of it... I would have still felt better about this team ...but dam, after watching Saturdays game against URI and now 2nites game against Tenn, I'm not sure if they can get another win playing as bad as tonight's game....

It is like you knew Tennessee would win but it should not have been like this.

Yes because some people are not performing as Jones hoped. He had Quarterman as a starter at the beginning of the year; the kid is not good enough to even be a reliable bench option, in reality.

Morgan appears to be a bust. I hope he proves otherwise soon.

Martin may have 5-star potential but he is an unrefined player who would be best served as a reserve player.

Jones needs to run offense with HARD SCREENS to get Hickey and Stringer going as shooters early in games. If those two are scoring, everything else will flow from that.

Hickey and JOB are one of the best guard/forward combos in the SEC.

Lately, it seems they have forgotten this.

cjj needs to press from the first made basket. He also needs a s&c coach to get us tougher because we play like fricking pussies. we get pushed around and we have no toughness.

True... When you see a Tenn player dribble 80 ft for an uncontested layup, you kind of say WTF is happening!.. Hopefully just a fluke, cold weather, too much AU/FLA ST. Last nite ...hope to see way more effort the next game and the rest of the season!...

Better reassess your opinion of Coach JJ

If so, he needs to shift to a 40 Minutes of Hell philosophy. That ain't happening.

The two undersized guards are the key to this team. They are the best backcourt options available and must be scoring to be effective. If screen-and-roll is not working, they need to have better off-ball screens to free those guys up for shots.

I've always had the same opinion of him. He can recruit (much better than any of us hoped, in fact) but will not exactly wow you with his in-game coaching.

Martin needs to come out the starting line up. Jones needs to figure out who knows what to do in a press because if you're not going to stop the dribble then you should drop back into a half court set.

Tonight was embarrassing, that product will not attract fans to the p-mac. Jj got out coached and our players ran around with lead in their shoes. Martin looked lost of offense and defense.Don't understand how malone didn't get a chance to play when we couldn't score on offense and he has some offensive game.

Just a shitstorm all around. Problem is our vets are struggling. Hickey shot like it was his first time shooting.
JOB is playing poor. Stringer cant buy one.
Mickey does some nice things, but also gets out of position alot on D.
Martin is just overwhelmed.

Not exactly stellar coaching, but not a whole lot u can do when a team plays that badly for long stretchs.

I hate to be a sunshine pumper, but let's be thankful we lost to Tennessee and not another shitty team like URI. For real, BRCC could've whipped our arse tonight

I have seen it before. Still its just 1 game.
But, this team must learn to play hard. Way too much lazy, the last 2 games.
Clearly the rim is the size of a pea though.

This team is nowhere close to where i thought they would be. But its early. The vets on this team need to step up.
