Tanking is out of the question. We'd need a 5th pick or higher for us to even get the pick. And there's no way we can suck as bad as some of these teams. I think Monty needs to make some big offensive adjustments and the chances of Dell making a move at the deadline are higher in my opinion. Hopefully that move (if he even makes it) is a good move to help us now and in the future and not just a desperate attempt to salvage what's left of this season only to get bounced in the first round of the playoffs.

Finding the right trade for Gordon before the deadline now becomes much more pertinent.
