Would y'all suggest having a min innings and max innings for category scoring bc I could see a lot people trying to take advantage of these categories without min and max and ruin integrity of league

It's worked well for us. If there isn't a rule in place to prevent anything someone will eventually exploit it. You just have to tinker around with the actual # of innings.
Without much research 140IP Max like the guy said above seems to be a fair # for a 12-team league. You just have to consider how many people actually stream to make the number effective.
Whatever you do, don't eliminate streaming entirely. It's a proven strategy that some people tend to utilize. You're really sacrificing ERA/WHIP to get as many Ks and Ws as possible. Some weeks ERA/WHIP will be in your favor and other weeks it will not. Most people view it as an unfair advantage and don't like it but I think it's legit. It's not status quo and it makes people uncomfortable to go up against it.
Limiting roster adds per matchup might be more effective.
