our league has a 120 inning limit each week which still doesn't help much

10-team or 12-team? I could see where it allows some wiggle room in a 10-team but a 120ip limit per week should keep 12-team leagues in check. My 12-team has ip min and max that we have to stay within each week so sometimes you have to stream to get above the min. The commish put the cap so that it doesn't get out of hand. I know guys who will only roster closers and rotate pitchers everyday without the max.

I think I put an end to all the streamers in my league loading up Kershaw, Hamels, Price, Scherzer, Sale, Strausberg, & Jose Fernandez

That's a pretty stacked SP class. How many keepers? If anything you probably aided it since all those guys are off the radar.

It's a 12 team league, but the guys who stream don't keep any SPs at all. Strictly build their hitters. But I think we're moving to a 14 team this upcoming season. The two new teams get to draft from the non-keeper market before the draft.

It's a 8 player keeper league so I have 7 SPs and 1 hitter. There's still a bunch of good hitters (55-120 ranked) in the free agency/draft. I'm going to try to win all 5 pitching categories each week and try and take 2-3 hitting categories like AVG and Runs.
