Unfornately, our league has a 120 inning limit each week which still doesn't help much. I think I put an end to all the streamers in my league loading up Kershaw, Hamels, Price, Scherzer, Sale, Strausberg, & Jose Fernandez. Now all I need to do is win Saves each week and I'll go 5-0 usually. But my only hitters going into the draft right now are Bautista and Hosmer

10-team or 12-team? I could see where it allows some wiggle room in a 10-team but a 120ip limit per week should keep 12-team leagues in check. My 12-team has ip min and max that we have to stay within each week so sometimes you have to stream to get above the min. The commish put the cap so that it doesn't get out of hand. I know guys who will only roster closers and rotate pitchers everyday without the max.

That's a pretty stacked SP class. How many keepers? If anything you probably aided it since all those guys are off the radar.
