I know what I want to see in the theater.

Agreed. And really that holds true for just any movie that I watch (stream, theater, DVD, whatever)...I know my tastes pretty well (as do most obviously), so I am rarely regretful for watching something. There are some movies that disappoint me, sure, but that's not due to lack of interest on my part. Man of Steel last year was a perfect example...I was waiting for it to come out and amped to go catch it in theaters, and it just fell flat to me and I was disappointed.

I will say that there are times when I have been wrong about not wanting to see something though. For example, I always avoided McGruber because I thought it would be overly stupid, and I'm not a huge Will Forte fan...but I finally broke down and watched it last year based on several peoples' opinions on this board, and I was pleasantly surprised with it and actually liked it.

So just because I know what I'll like and not like doesn't mean I can't be wrong on it from time to time. But it usually means that I don't waste my time watching crap I wouldn't like, and I do a good job most of the time of tempering my expectations going into movies.
