Yeah, that's a turning point. You'll see results in no time.
Tip: good fats make you muscular and increase your metabolism. If you work out, you run the risk of your body eating muscle. It does this by creating a singular protein. I read that good fats protect you from that protein.

Sadly I have a minor in sports nutrition, You'd think I'd know how to eat.. Fast Food is the debil
