Very cold - deep single colorado 1/2 ounce spinner bait
Cold - deep swim bait
Just kinda cold - slow double willow spinner bait, C-rig lizard and Rattle Trap
Warming up - shallow spinner bait and minnow type baits like rogue and rapala, then weightless plastics.

Add a rattle trap fished slow with a yoyo retrieve in cold water. That or a shade rap.
