Activator is my favorite tweak.
Anywhere:
Triple home button tap --> Open last app
Plug in head phones --> Open up music menu
Double tap status bar --> Screenshot
2 fingers left to right --> Advance song
2 fingers right to left --> Previous song
Lockscreen:
Double tap home --> Unlock phone
Slide fingers left side of screen bottom up --> Bypass password
Anywhere:

I've had Activator on every JB I've had, but not until this one I found out about the Menus. That's a total game changer.

I can't answer that question 100%. But, I would think that yes you do because you have to have someway of linking your phone/ipad to your tv and the only way I know how to do that is Apple Tv.

Hmmmm. Might have to look into getting apple tv then. Is it worth it?
I don't use netflix or hbo as i torrent my movies/tvshows... I would be using it primarily for sports.

Short but gets the point across. For me, a flick up on my safari icon activates the menu, and within that I have 'folders' that go on to open up different categories for apps.
For example, I have a Social Media folder, a Music folder, most used contacts folder, etc.

Honestly, Apple TV is definitely worth it. You can get it for $99 and it's a simple hookup and it will sync with your iPad/iPhone/Mac. You can also do iTunes sharing from Mac/PC and play your iTunes playlist(s) over the Apple TV.

Does apple tv have to be jailbroken to use xbmc? I'm reading that the 3rd generation apple tv cannot be jailbroken.
Or is this where the iphone xbmc tweak comes into play?

Make sure it is an Apple TV2, the others can't be jailbroken. You can however play XBMC from your phone to your tv without Apple TV. You need a tv or DVD player that connects to wifi. The apple tv2 is so worth it though.

Ran into the same thing, waiting to see if a JB for 3 comes out before I buy, I like the 1080p you get with the 3.
I got Zepplin, can I add a custom logo somehow? I barely scratched the surface looking for one in particular and havent found anything close.

If you'll send me an email at rolltidemj@gmail.com I will hook you up with the LSU zeppelin logos I made for everyone (LSU fans that is) and directions on loading them. It's gonna be probably Monday before I get them to you as I am doing some fishing this weekend and some furniture restoring.

I bought my appletv2 off of eBay 2 mos. ago already jailbroken. There are tons if them on there now.

Next- my lock button went out, was using assistive touch to lock/ power off/ screen shot, but that damn button is always in the way.
Installed activator yesterday, set my volume down button to lock when I hold it down, also set home button to screen shot when I hold it down.

Noob question regarding Xbmc. I've been setting up video add ons via my Mac computer. I also have Xbmc on my iPhone via cydia. I'm using Apple TV to play videos from my iPhone / Mac.
How do I sync Xbmc on my Mac with the iPhone app? For instance, I've added sports devil and Al Jazeera in Xbmc on my Mac. I want these changes to appear in the Xbmc iPhone app. How do I do this?
