due to a hand injury and no feeling in my thumb and first two fingers on my left hand I cannot use wasd. I own a few games that I have never played because of no key mapping.

I noticed after a QTE that the arrow keys worked just like the WASD keys on TR by default. It's cool. I hate not being home.

You should invest in a keyboard and mouse that allow macros, so you can set individual profiles for games with your own macros. For example, if a game doesn't allow remapping WASD, you can assign a macro to the arrow keys so that pressing the up arrow triggers "W" in game, etc.
