2002 - USC
2003 - LSU
2004 - USC
2005 - Texas (I think USC was better, but I'll go with Texas since they won heads up.)
2006 - LSU
2007 - Georgia
2008 - Florida
2009 - Alabama
2010 - Auburn
2011 - Alabama
2012 - ?????

2012 is the only year that I am really not that sure about. I feel like a lot of teams were pretty good last year and a number of them could have won it all.

Bama probably crushes everyone. Maybe Oregon gives them trouble since spread offense with mobile QB's seems to give Saban fits especially if he did not have month to prepare for just them.

They had:

2002 - USC vs. Miami
2003 - USC vs. Michigan (USC knocking out LSU in the semis)
2004 - USC vs. Utah
2005 - USC vs. Texas
2006 - Florida vs. Ohio St.
2007 - USC vs. LSU
2008 - Florida vs. Oklahoma (UF knocking out USC in the semis)

2009...Bama, etc.

No. Bama would have crushed everybody in 2012. 2008 probably would have the up in the air year especially if USC had made the four team playoff. USC and Florida would have been an incredible game to watch.
