so we all have had a few days to settle into the reality that iowa will play LSU in the outback bowl. Thus far i have found the smack talk to be somewhat lackadaisical and non-spirited with smatterings of a few good shots across the bow. im hoping that it will pick up over the seeming eternity til the actual game. LSU is favored by 8 and i feel that is about right for the real $$ to get involved. Both fan bases see this as an insult yet for the opposite reasons. Pretty good job by our friends in Vegas.

I was at the last game in Orlando when the two teams met and had a great time with the LSU fans that we tailgated with. Had an excellent time talking about both football and Buddy Roemer believe it or not. Yes it was great to win but my favorite thing about the experience were the large band of HAWT women from LSU in gold sparkly leotards that crossed the field a few times pre game and then sat in the far endzone- doing very little except looking very hawt.

i am hoping to see these women again. as for the game - i have no idea- iowa can win this one but LSU can beat anyone in the country and if Iowa doesnt turn over the young QB, it will not be good for the Hawks. Im taking Iowa and the 8.

Hoping the LSU faithful will use as much of the next month as possible to post pics of the group of LSU women in gold.

Trolling bama fans is far more important at the moment.

I've actually been somewhat impressed with the Iowa showing here so far.
