That would work for Saban to Texas, but it would have to be 12 years - he doesn't even have to fulfill it - but $8.33 million for 12 years would be $100 million. The headline has to be 9 figures - Sexton has been floating that number for about 2 years. I thought the hail mary number from Texas would be 10 years for $10 million to satisfy that. He's even older now.

If he takes 7 years and $8.3 million from Bama, surely Texas will pay $9 million, right?

Yeah that is where I got it from, but still the thought of Texas paying off his debt all at once is far greater than the 8.3 Mil a year
