There are a few things wrong with this: first off, you can't blast a customer (regardless of who it is or what they did) on Facebook because it reflects poorly on the establishment. Secondly, she clearly posted that while she was at work, which means she was using her phone at work, which most people know in the restaurant industry is frowned upon. If this makes it back to management there, I will be surprised if she isn't suspended or fired.

We are talking about the stupidity of posting something negative about a customer on facebook (particularly a high profile customer in this case) and this girl clearly being a lazy arse. Restaurant industry is customer service driven dipshit. Also, your point about the pay is moot if she's working for tips. That table alone could make her night. Poor baby had to stay late on a Friday night....awwwwww. Sorry she had to work at WORK. Idiot
