Slackster is correct in my opinion. Leveraged etn's and etf's are for short term trades.
FWIW, I do exactly what he says and pick an average price point of forward contracts.
I'm going long natty gas soon. Likely UNG. Possibly leaps until 2017 if I can get correct pricing. Possible selling puts to collect income, and/or reduce cost of entry if shares get put to me.

dude, I'm sure you know what you're saying with all of your posts and that they make good educated sense to the seasoned investor, but most of the time I have no idea what you're talking about
