I'm not suggesting Nick is leaving because I don't think he's going anywhere, but all coaches do shite like this even when they know they're on their way out. He's still employed by Alabama and if he stops working they can sue him for breach of contract or some shite. It happened a few years ago with, I wanna say Brian Kelly or Charlie Weiss maybe???

Tommy Tubberville was in the middle of a recruiting visit or something when he got the job at Cinci. Just up and left
