A little shocking only from the standpoint that it's so sudden. I was thinking Saban would leave after this season especially if he won it all again. There really is nothing left for him to prove at Alabama so best wishes and thanks for the memories. Promote Kirby and keep the staff intact for a smooth transition.

Meh, the guy has been hitting the recruiting trail hard this week. I highly doubt he would be doing so if he planned on taking a new job so quickly.
