I do find it interesting that I haven't heard or read Richt or Miles names coming up in Texas circles/websites. And both are really good coaches that I think have to make the cut in any initial list of candidates. Whether they make it to the final 2-3 candidates? Who knows but still two guys you have to consider.

Fair enough - but those 2 guys don't have a habit of looking around, even at NFL jobs. Miles only mulled going to Michigan (his alma mater) for a brief, brief period.
There are some coaches who are perpetually looking at the next deal, whether to improve their current situation, or jump to the new one...
