From what I've heard, somewhere between legit and unreliable. Like all so-called "insiders." In fairness to him/her (I guess it's a "him") many of the things being reported on are very complex with lots of moving parts, so what may be absolutely correct one day is not the next. I used to read his stuff when he posted on a free board a couple years ago. Seemed like he had a decent track record.
