I don't buy the road thing
It's more of a physical bruising team thing (which granted you don't see much in the league anymore).
Jets are a physical D
Tampa is a physical D (won but struggled)
Seattle- duh
and it's not just this season. Physical teams have given this team fits since 2006-iirc Baltimore-twice, Pittsburgh in 06, the Rams couple times, the Jets in 09, the Panthers always etc
Now they've won some of those games due to being fantastic on O and overcoming but this years team is really more finesse than any previous SP lead team

We lost on the road to the bears, Payton isnt so great, i mean that was just a fluke season. Fire him. Brees is garbage. Reggie sucks. I mean atleast we sweeped the falcons, but we lost the NFC South. Time to rebuild from the ground up.

Since 2006, the Saints are 35-26 on the road in the regular season, 21-12 from November through January. And 5 of those loses came last year when Sean wasn't there.

What about best record on the road since 2009, second best since 2006.
I keep seeing the never won a road playoff game thing. But there is usually a home team advantage and the home team is always a higher seed. There are more factors than just being away.

Inebriated. ..just a bit, as I'm sure many were after that game. Bandwagon....that's a joke. So if you have any negative thing to say about your favorite team then your a bandwagon fan, ha. The whole point is DB9 is 4-9 in cold weather games away from the dome. Seattle is the hardest place to play a game (with the dome prob 2nd) but to play the way this tean played is just sad. We can't play in cold weather, Period, and the folks that want to try and prove that wrong are de. WeatUntilsional.
Alcohol and an emotional loss equal saying things such as our team is a 'joke' outdoors in cold weather, but really now. How as a life long Saints fan can you be so confident about winning an important or playoff game on the road in cold weather?? Hope we learned something cause the road to the Superbowl will go through Seattle, but this is not the same team outdoor in the elements as it is at home. It has always been our achilles heel just like all the pundants have said. We have to do something to change that, period.
