I won't have a plate picture until tonight when I prepare the food. Here's a pumpkin cheesecake and my lunch I brought to my grandma's as there was nothing I could eat there.


Grilled eggplant with bruschetta, mozzarella cheez and avocado. Mashed potatoes and turkey-less roasts.

Kind of kicking myself for not taking in progress pics, but did an herb crusted whole tenderloin for dinner tonight. Fingerling potatoes on the side. No plate, but here are the leftovers...

Hard to tell, but there is a decent char on the outside of the tenderloin.
