Columbia Widgeon parka or jacket. It's a 3-in-1 system. But with the shell on, you won't feel the wind even when it is COLD. if you don't need camouflage, then a Barbour waxed jacket. It will last for years ans very versatile. But it is not a very warm coat unless you also buy the zip-in liner. However, given our weather, it will be plenty warm on most days.
