I find that disturbing.
He knew within 5 weeks that JW was being accused, and in that short time he had discarded it, or he discarded it because he knew it might become evidence? I think he might have been coached to get rid of it, imho
At this point, I think something happened, but the victims reactions derailed any hopes of a prosecution
(And the part about her still having sperm on her clothes 'days?' after sex with her bf.)

Chances are he probably deleted it that night. i.e once he found he wasnt having sex as well.
