If he raped her then he should go to jail for life with no parole. If she consented to sexual relations then later regretted it and is making up the rape afterwards, she should go to jail for life.
Unreal story.

Does he beat this case?

Whoever is involved in this cover up is a real piece of shite. They need to be prosecuted, all of them. Probably will actually.

Is there a link for this? City officials meaning the mayor or chief of police?

I really don't know what to think about all this, I thought he was a good kid.

I'm not reading all 48 pages. I'm hopeful that the victim is getting some support. Both parties deserve equal support, but I sense that the superstar is getting a pass. If he raped this girl, is it more important that he's charged before or after the season?
I know it's important that FSU finishes strong. I only hope the victim, if proven to be a true victim, receives justice.
If Jameis was a typical criminal would he get protection from local police? Would the police tell the victim to "just let it go" if Jameis was a nobody?
Looking forward to the outcome. And I hope our justice system doesn't fail the victim or Jameis.

Rape and Murder only allowed in the NFL, not college....

I'm still on the fence. What scares me is that this kinda of thing could happen to any man on this board who has ever had a one night stand, but I guess that's just a risk we take.
What's interesting is the whole date rape drug issue. If this is true it doesn't matter if they had a prior relationship or not.
