..is the only source you should ever use for forecasts. The hazardous outlook link has the details. As Kcrad mentioned, they won't really have solid timing of the rain on Saturday nailed down until tomorrow afternoon/evening.

Thanks for the information, ColoradoAG. Went to the NWS site that you linked and will definitely follow for now on up here in Montana. Greatly appreciated.

I too rely solely on the NWS for local forecast. The link I click on is the "Forecast Discussion" link. This is a narrative where they talk in detail (and somewhat technical language, which I ignore) about frontal passage, when they think the rain will begin and end, etc.
And yes, the accuracy of a forecast more than 48 hours out is iffy.
