Drew Brees- "I guess it pays to be a midget"

"As for San Francisco linebacker NaVorro Bowman saying it all happened because Brees is a 5-foot quarterback, Brees told ESPN, "I guess sometimes it pays to be a midget."
Harbaugh is just sad:
49ers coach Jim Harbaugh said Monday that he thought Brooks' hit was legal.
"When we grade a player, if he has a penalty, we give him a minus," Harbaugh said, according to the team's website. "We did not assign a minus on that play. Thought he made a great play, just didn't get the result."

Shorter Harbaugh: "It was not a penalty because we do not think it was."

Harbaugh's an arrogant prick. He probably still hasn't congratulated his brother for beating him in the Super Bowl.

Why are they so salty?

If I were a reporter I'd ask Harbaugh, "if all were reversed, would you have any problem taking the W?"

I guess we clearly see why it happened and they continue to be sore about it. SF Coaching machine does not Coach with the adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the NFL.
I'd lose my job over such fail.
The rules are so blatantly CLEAR about that hit.

Oh no, doesn't Drew realize the the M word is banned in contemporary society, a decisive and perjorative term originating in the slave-trading days of yore, when the "tiny people" were oppressed, made to work as bowling pins, lawn jockeys, and other demeaning forms of vile and cruel servitude.

He was called a midget first though. By a black man. So it's acceptable.

Oh yeah, that's right,
So Bowman is a racist, heightist, thug POS.

Well, that settles that, doesn't it, Jim!
Harbaugh is the league's biggest pussy, bar none.

Meh…that's the thing about that hit…game was by no means over. Saints still had 4 chances to stop the clock. Niners still had to drive a few yards to get in FG range

Yeah, but they see it as costing them the game.
Posted on 11/19/13 at 7:27 pm to Tiger_n_ATL
True reason they're so mad? Because they may not make the playoffs, that's why.

This game has put him at number one for me. He really is a hypocritical piece of shite.

NaVorro Bowman is 6 foot tall. I guess if he would have made the tackle, there would have been no flag!

What I don't understand: roughing the passer has been a rule for a while, and we see roughing the passer called for much less. I literally only panic for a second after the play because I knew it was going to draw a flag.
I understand hating the rules. If you tap the QB's helmet, it's a foul.
If your hand snags the facemask just a little bit, then it's a foul.
So I can't understand that people view the play and say that it's a terrible call. You either don't want to see what happened, or you saw it, and didn't like the rule, and decided to cross your arms in defiance.
If you're the back judge, and you see that play, how do you not throw the flag and expect to keep your job?

You mean the Referee. The Back Judge has no chance to see that play.
