I'm pretty sure the fish comes in a kind of cardboard bucket that I could vent easily. The fries are in heavy-duty paper bags.

I agree on the room temp fried food. Every time we order from this restaurant I get extra so that I can midnight snack it.

If it's in a bucket piled on top of each other, that fish is going to steam itself down in the bucket whether you open the top or not.
