The guy could reel off a 10 game winning streak and then lose 3 straight and everyone will be questioning his coaching ability again. The only consistent thing he has proven over the past few years is that he is an average to below average coach.
Dump him now and don't delay the inevitable.

I'm off the Monty bandwagon, but it's too early too fire him. . It's a desperation move right now that shows impatience and panic. UNLESS you have topnotch replacement lined up.
