I was offered Ray Rice in exchange for T.Y. Hilton. I countered by offering T.Y. Hilton and Rashad Jennings for Reggie Bush.

Almost always an Insta-reject IMO.
I do like your counter offer though. For you, anyway. I would have to see the other guy's roster to give an opinion on your chances of acceptance.
