Arkansas & Missouri
Per capita Louisiana and Miss are 2 of the best states for recruiting. Throw in SE Texas, the facilities and recent success of the program almost anyone could recruit the classes CLM has recently. We have no in state competition. How many of the top players would come her just because they grew up tiger fans?

So basically the rule is that if you have two major programs in the state its ok to miss on top recruits in the state but if its just you, its inexcusable and should never happen?

This has never, and will never happen. So keep being pissed and complaining about some fantasy that you think should occur.
You clowns are so far out of touch with recruiting its hilarious. Im guessing you didnt realize Jameis Winston is from Alabama. But Saban gets a pass for missing out on the best QB recruit in 5 years, thank god he wasnt from LA, we'd never hear the end of it.
