I'm more of Collins guy, so their 80's stuff is what I really enjoy. The self titled album from 83 has "Just a job to do" which is one of my favorites. Invisible Touch, which came out in 86, is also a good album, it has "Land of Confusion" and "In Too Deep" on it

I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums.

unfortunately his solo stuff really took the shine off of the later Genesis work for me, but at the time I really got into Abacab...
