Please let me know which wine stores are only marking up wines 20-30 percent and I'll give them all my business.

Nearly all of them.
Hardly ever is any wine/spirit/beer marked up over 100% in a retail store setting.
Just like lilwineman said, regular retail wine shops, even the specialty ones, use 30%-50% as the norm.
And since most of you know who I am, I'll tell you that a lot of our items are at the legal minimum of 6% And though others may be higher, ZERO ever reach the absurd levels of 200-300% like some claim.

Please list where I said 20%. I worked retail for 6 years and as my boy CJ can vouch, 30-50% is standard. If you really think keystone markup is standard, you've got to be kidding yourself. Volume is what retailers work off of, not markup. Why do u think 10% is the biggest discount given. Because 10% off of 30% ends up being a 17% markup which is next to mothing.
