He books for the varsity, he books for hangout, he manages Earphunk as well as other bands and the varsity is pretty much printing money right now.
Like it or not the dude is successful as hell.
I'm not a huge fan of the varsity. Its not a particularly good venue and I don't really like a lot of the bands Bowen pulls into there but the fact remains that you couldn't do his job and you truly are clueless if you think you could.
