We never have them on the road I live. Everyone goes to the main community of Douglas to trick or treat.

One of the best Halloweens I've ever seen. Houses were all decorated, some people had haunted houses in the garage and they had a carnival at the community center. My youngest won a 30 lb bag of snickers and twix...
It rained a bit, snowed at the upper elevations but was a lot of fun. I had as much fun as the kids.

They had a Duck Dynasty wannabe at the community center with a duck game.

Rain didn't stop the kids in my hood. They were out in full force.
