It will be extremely difficult. Saints quarterback Drew Brees threw five touchdowns during a recent victory against Buffalo at home, and it is hard to believe there are many quarterbacks in the NFC that can hang with him in the playoffs. The emergence of Green Bay running back Eddie Lacy, coupled with the eventual return of Randall Cobb, could make the Packers dangerous in the postseason. However, New Orleans is the team to beat.

Man, I wish i felt optimistic about us getting that 1 seed. I just don't see us keeping pace with Seattle the way they're winning games right now. They should have two more losses easily, yet are 7-1. I know we have two close could have been losses as well at 6-1, but this stretch coming up is gonna be pretty rough. I just hope the NFC West beats up on each other enough.

I think the chargers get into the playoffs, but other than that I agree with these projections.

The seeding is completely up in the air, I could easily see Green Bay coming on strong and shocking everybody with a first round bye.

The Saints better get that #1 seed bc they have never won a playoff game on the road. Doesn't mean they won't but they're diff on the road.

That Dec 2 MNF @ Seattle will tell a lot.

Being at home is the best scenario obviously, but i'm the most comfortable i've been with this team if we have to go on the road. The Saints obviously have some weaknesses that can be exploited, but I just like we are a very balanced team right now that can go on the road and adapt to whatever the situation is.
