You've yet to say (even though you posted 10 times in the thread) why the 24 hour notice is unacceptable.

I don't really care how things are done in your market... Where I live there isn't 100 houses to see, so a day of house showing maybe 5-6-7 houses total.
For the last time, it's really not asking too much.... Plus my realtor put it in the MLS so it's there for any contacting buyer agent to see.. Maybe they should do a better job planning their showings for their clients?

From your posts I see why people in general hate real estate agents.

Translation: I really hate that I don't know what I'm doing and need help. I really hate it that I have to ask for advice. I don't want to listen to the truth and I'm pissed off about it. So I might need help and I might need to hear the truth, but I'm going to be an angry,ignorant, and belligerent in my defense of my flawed strategies and knowledge thus far.
