Just trying to cover all the responses before you guys want to shite on LSU and the impossibility of beating Alabama.

For the record I do believe we have a shot at beating them, it's historically at least the ONE GAME that Les Miles teams actually get up for and play to their full potential. The problem arises when we lose that game, our season goes quickly into the shitter.

The other problem is that Alabama intimidates everyone by destroying them, unlike Les Miles teams which actually give lower teams a shot at believing they can can upset LSU and exposing their weaknesses. It's a fundamental difference in approach and one approach appears to me to be working more than the other if you look at championships and getting to the next level (as opposed to W/L records or losing to the occasional shitty opponent).

I agree with this. One thing I'll never understand is Les' reluctance to ever go for the jugular as quick as possible.

But it is what it is. I don't think any of Les' teams are intimidated by Alabama and I surely don't think Les is intimidated by Saban.

Boy, they intimidated A&M this season, just absolutely demolished them, just like allowing A&M to beat them in T-town last year.... C'mon, if a team has athletes capable of playing with Bama they can play them tight given good coaching and player effort. Miles' teams have played Bama very competitively home and away. If they can't get focused on this opponent it's on the players.
