[quote]in short only upsetting bama will fix any in season funk, to fix the funk in the program we need new younger blood. We have formed a country club attitude around our program. we need that one coach that lights the fire for the team and in turn pushes players to become leaders. we are lacking vocal leaders on this team and it starts at the top. [/quote

Much of what you say is true, probably most of all is the lack of fire in the gut and leadership.

You mentioned part of it. Being young and
un seasoned. Oh and Bye weeks are the same as us getting extra time off of work. Recharge the batteries and let the lessons soak in. Different team will show up on 11.9.13.

its very disturbing the lack of fire and leadership on this team. Sometimes coaches have to show players how to be leaders. I just dont see a coach on the staff that rips into guys and gets the team going. I dont expect cam to do that because i dont want that out of a oc. it should be one of our position coaches or our dc. However our dc is fat and lazy sits in the booth, our oline coach is so sloppy that last year he coached a game in a wife beater. Its that kind of lack of attention to detail and lack of fire that hurts us. we get so jacked up for big cat though

FIFY

A Tiger team that plays for 60 full minutes, then I can handle the outcome up or down but otherwise it is tough to swallow

Amen, there is a fire that burns in players whom you see playing for 60 minutes. And it becomes contagious on a team when they see it ignited in a player. LSU needs players to man up and show some fire. Bama's waiting to see seize your manhood boys.

Fabius- that's a horseshite remark!

Georgia lost five starters on offense. If healthy, they're a one loss team.

TCU is having issues at the QB spot. We can relate with our past.

We drummed Auburn when we played LSU football for the first half.

We're young and inexperienced at D. Our offense is actually exciting to watch, but it's risk vs reward when having a vertical throwing game.
