The story is a bit confusing and, dare I say, weak?
It was a bit confusing.
So the Order of the Dragon folks aren't vampire, or are they? And who was the the guy/vampire that the vampire hunter guy cut the head off of (whose head had obviously been cutoff before)? And why was the head sent to the Order of the Dragon guy?

Order of the Dragon
i'm not sure where they're going with this...in the novel, and in real life as well, dracula (vlad tepes) was a member of the order of the dragon, fighting the ottoman turks...in the novel, his first wife commits suicide because the turks send her word that dracula is dead, claiming to be men that he fought with...it appears that in this version, his comrades in the order of the dragon are actually responsible for the death of his wife, based on some of the flashbacks...i'm assuming they're setting up a different mythology, and i think that's part of the reason i'm not sure if i'm going to like it.
