Look at how much power you will need to have to run the AC.
Before buying, have it set up and check all ac/dc systems. Look for any leaks in the corners and ceiling. If there are leaks, you will see stains. Look under to check if everything is in place. Nothing hanging.

What kind of pop up is it? Be careful with Coleman's with the ABS plastic roof. They are known to crack very badly.
