My life doesn't revolve around football, that's how. It's a nice plus when we win, and I may be in a better mood, but I will never let a game determine my well being.

Partying > watching sports

Ask Gronkowski how he was able to party it out after that Super Bowl loss to the Giants. I'd still be unable to function properly

That of a mature adult.
This.
Of course, I'm bummed out that we lost the way we did. But, there are 10 games left. I went to work this morning and had a good day. Had a nice lunch and met a cool guy from Chicago who actually comes down once a year for LSU games.
I just finished watching Drew's video. Guy really has his act together.

I'm a huge Saints and Cajuns fan and I can count on one hand the amount of times a game truly ruined the rest of my day. Does it suck to lose? Of course. But it's just a game in the end.

Having a family helps I've found.

I was pissed off for about 10 minutes.
then I just had a few cold ones and chilled the rest of the night.
didn't have to work today.
was nice to sleep in.

After the 2011 San Francisco game, I nearly broke something. Especially when even I could have called a better series. Vernon Davis, one of the fastest athletes in the league and your grand scheme is to put Malcolm Jenkins one on one with him? Jenkins, a man whose biggest knock has always been his speed and you expect him to cover Davis? Obviously the touchdown over Harper and Shanle followed, but just thinking about the game makes my blood boil.

ahh, I was at work Friday Dec 16th 2011, when I suddenly lost sight in my right eye, left work went to emergency room. Was diagnosed with a malignant tumor behind my eye, it was devastating news. Amazing that my 1st question to the doctor was " will I live long enough to see LSU in the BCSCG "
Lol, true story. I'm still here, I have my ups and downs, but I've learned to enjoy and appreciate life, and not sweat the small stuff. I am still a big fan of LSU and the Saints, but it doesn't control my emotions or my moods anymore.

I'm an ole miss fan and honestly after the Texas ATM game
I didn't talk to anyone til the next day. I haven't been that mad over a game since the grizzlies vs clippers when the clippers came back from 27 points.

I got so drunk after 1/9 bama and divisional vs 49ers, so drunk that my family was actually worried about me a little bit.
When next season rolled around, I looked back at that week and I told myself never again will I allow a football game to dictate my happiness and health in that manner ever again.
And so far, it's working out for me.

what made that brutal was les quitting on his team. WHat coach in their right mind would not be running 2 minute no huddle down 21-0?
No matter what happens from here on out, I will never ever forgive Les for that game. We will never know what the hell happened that night for us to completely bomb the game like that.

Going out and partying and having a good time makes the loss easier to deal with.
Watching it at home and drowning your sorrows in bourbon makes it tougher.
